Aleksander Bai has over 20 years of experience in data and analytics and serves as the Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Nortura SA.
In this role, he is primarily responsible for transforming Nortura into a more data-driven company. Aleksander’s main focus is always on delivering measurable business value, whether through improving data quality in our processes or leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to provide better decision-making foundations, allowing us to make more value-based choices. He has extensive experience from similar positions in banking and finance, real estate, research, and the IT industry.
